Agents of Change Program

The Virginia Agents of Change Program launched recently as 60 emerging leaders from child-serving agencies across the state came together to kick-off the six month program.
Designed to help accelerate the achievement of the Virginia Children’s Services System Transformation goals by growing and strengthening leaders at the state and local level, the Agents of Change program is a unique partnership between the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Annie E. Casey Foundation.
The purpose of the program is to provide opportunities for state and local leaders within the public child-serving agencies across Virginia to come together and build their capacity as collaborative leaders to accelerate progress towards the multi-agency Transformation Outcomes. The leadership development program is designed to support the application of results-based leadership skills in leading the Transformation both in the leader’s multi-agency role and in their leadership in their home communities and agencies. The Agents of Change Program will run through June of this year.
